Lead Deployment Engineer
Skills
- 7–10+ years in deployments, solutions, or systems architecture for enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience with API, SDK, and cloud integrations at enterprise scale.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and design scalable solutions.
- Track record improving deployment processes through automation and tooling.
- Experience influencing senior product and engineering stakeholders.
- Comfort operating independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments and delivering rapid impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead 8–12 enterprise deployments quarterly with ownership of quality, timelines, and customer outcomes.
- Define and manage end-to-end implementation strategy for complex integrations (API, SDK, cloud).
- Design and implement automation, tooling, and processes to improve deployment velocity and consistency.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate client requirements into product roadmap feedback and technical solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Create and maintain scalable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems.
- Forecast deployment capacity, mitigate pipeline constraints, and reduce eARR risk.
- Integrate AI tools and automation into solution design and deployment workflows.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced degree in a related field or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
