Skills
- Strong full-stack development experience with ReactJS, .NET, and SQL.
- Proven systems design and architecture skills for scalable web platforms.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and deployment to AWS.
- Experience with observability: logging, monitoring, and alerting best practices.
- Experience working on high-traffic or large-scale consumer/enterprise platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for a team of 4–6 engineers.
- Remain hands-on: write code, perform code reviews, and drive improvements in development practices.
- Collaborate with Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Ops to identify and advance technical initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product, PMO, and stakeholders to plan work, gather feedback, and communicate status.
- Make operational decisions to meet project goals and delivery timelines.
- Participate in recruiting and retention efforts to grow the engineering team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
