Pros
The company is growing quickly, and every year the benefits get better. There is very minimal bureaucracy, and leadership is very open to self-assessment and exploring opportunities for improvement. We just got all new benefits packages for 401k and healthcare in 2024 and our costs have gone down substantially, which is amazing when healthcare is only getting more expensive. If you want a place to grow and have opportunities for promotion, this is a great place. The flexibility for telework is also great - truly hybrid, with a very nice suite in Old Town if you want to work from the office.Cons
