Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own end-to-end features for enterprise customers across frontend and backend
- Contribute to monolith-to-microservices decomposition and platform scaling initiatives
- Build automation and tooling to improve delivery and operational reliability
- Collaborate with Product and Design to refine requirements and participate in agile ceremonies
- Review peers' designs and pull requests and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and share best practices across squads
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ongoing learning mindset and openness to new technologies and architectural patterns
