Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based software components
- Implement and maintain Portable MapReduce jobs and distributed data processing pipelines
- Develop analytics tools and scripts using Python to support mission requirements
- Collaborate with engineering team to refine requirements, design, and deployment
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD processes
- Support integration with cloud and container orchestration platforms when required
- Follow security practices and handling procedures for classified environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline OR four years of relevant SWE experience (may substitute for degree)
Benefits
- Annual salary range $130,000 - $270,000 (dependent on experience)
- Up to 20% 401(k) contribution (no matching required, vested day 1)
