Lead Consultant - Public Sector
Skills
- 7+ years in IT consulting, management consulting, process improvement or similar
- Relevant Public Sector vertical experience
- Active security clearance with at least 18+ months remaining
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python/R/Matlab or similar
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with process mining, data modeling and big data concepts
- Ability to design KPIs and quantify business value
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agile project teams to deliver Celonis implementations and high customer service
- Transform customer data using SQL to build robust process data models
- Design and implement advanced analyses, execution apps and integrate Machine Learning or Task Mining
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, determine root causes, and recommend remediation
- Quantify business and financial potential and present KPIs to management
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct value-creation workshops and align improvement measures
- Set foundations for long-term customer success and adoption of Celonis technology
Education
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or comparable field
- Relevant professional certifications or equivalent practical experience
