Every few months Charm looks completely different. In the past the plans for the company changed every month as we determined the best R&D and operations path forward. As you can see in other reviews that was a very challenging time for the company but also needed to find the right path. Now we have made major progress on all aspects of the business and need to scale. This is not easy - everyone has very challenging targets moving forward and things get more complex every day.
