Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing the order inbox, processing orders, validating data, providing updates, supporting warehouse operations, and maintaining compliance with internal processes.
Skills: The role requires 2+ years in order processing or billing operations, familiarity with SaaS products, strong critical-thinking and detail-oriented skills, as well as experience with ERP/CRM systems like NetSuite.
Qualifications: An associate's degree or equivalent experience is preferred along with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and perform detailed data entry.
Location: This position is based in Seattle, WA and requires approximately 2-3 in-person days per month for collaboration and support at the onsite office or warehouse.
Compensation: $24 - $26 / Hourly

The hiring range for this position is $24.00-26.50/hr. The pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
