Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to support client onboarding, communication, and service operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
This role requires strong organizational skills, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
Coordinate onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate setup.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
Assist internal teams in responding to client needs promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed client records in internal systems.
Prepare client communications, status updates, and reports.
Support the development of client-facing documentation and materials.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and program teams to address client requests.
Ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
Generate client service metrics and reports for leadership review.
Assist in tracking client satisfaction and identifying improvement opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in client services, account coordination, or administrative support.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or client tracking systems.
Ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
Experience supporting clients in government contracting or defense-related programs.
Familiarity with onboarding and client service processes in professional services.
Experience generating client reports and service analytics.
