Position Summary
Carat Content is looking for a Senior Associate to work on the Procter & Gamble (P&G) line of business; providing the key supporting role in the development of audience first, insight led, storytelling opportunities in support of the broader team and key marketplace vendors on behalf of category and brand remits. The Senior Associate will partner closely with their more senior team members on all content related projects including developing and executing a brand content strategy, cultivating new content opportunities, and managing and creating never been done before entertainment relationships for P&G. The senior associate will provide day to day support in fostering and growing relationships with clients, agency partners and external vendors to drive the vision and business forward. This position is an integral role in providing creative insight, strategic and organizational insight to P&G’s continued innovation and expansion across all brand entertainment and content initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Support and collaborate with team members to help serve category and client content needs
Supports in regular communication of key information and reporting to client team and stakeholders as directed by senior managers
Provides market reporting and analysis across competitors, consumer and culture
Helps with gathering data for insight interpretation and provides input into consideration sets
Helps distribute RFPs to partners and coordinates responses, communicates progress and participates in idea sessions
Works with senior managers to provide input into content scorecard and assist with client facing materials and project manage activation
Assists more senior team members with upkeep of key status documents
Supports NDA Compliance
Collaborates internally and with media partners to ensure key team initiatives and marketplace discovery are upkept in a timely, organized fashion
Assists curating Carat Content newsletter and distributing to broader P&G team
Required Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of professional experience in branded content, advertising or a related field
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being timeline and deadline oriented
Ability to communicate information effectively and confidently in both verbal and written formats
Shows entrepreneurial spirit and is team-oriented
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Ability to show flexibility and a curious, creative/quick thinker
Candidate must employ the highest levels of professionalism and articulation
Software/Program Proficiency: Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, all Social media platforms

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in New York City.
The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $66,300 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
