Job Description:
As VP, Commerce Platforms, you will provide executive leadership for dentsu’s commerce technology platform strategy, owning how retail media capabilities are designed, scaled, and operationalized across markets. You will shape the automation and integration layer that underpins commerce planning, activation, measurement, and optimization—ensuring technology enables consistent, data‑driven delivery for clients and internal teams.
This role is responsible for translating complex commerce and retail media operations into scalable platform solutions. You will partner closely with Commerce Strategy, Data & Technology, and Engineering leaders to define priorities, align roadmaps, and deliver platform capabilities across ecosystems such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other emerging retail media networks. Your success will be measured by adoption, operational impact, and the ability to create platform foundations that scale globally.

The annual salary range for this position is $164,450 - $220,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
