Responsibilities
- Lead and support materials program for the Southcentral region, including procurement strategy and inventory control
- Develop and implement regional strategic sourcing, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage vendor relationships
- Manage inventory lifecycle activities including cycle counts, audits, and stock level optimization
- Oversee parts, shop, and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and maintain appropriate stock
- Drive vendor performance management, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives
- Provide leadership, coaching, training and development for management staff and direct reports
- Determine staffing needs and enforce company policies on hiring, discipline, and performance
- Travel up to 60% across the assigned region and ensure operational alignment across markets
- Perform other duties as assigned to support regional materials objectives
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant certifications or training in supply chain, procurement, or logistics are a plus
