- Deep expertise in SEO, technical SEO, and AI/answer engine optimization (AEO/GEO).
- Practical experience optimizing content and schema for LLMs and generative search outputs.
- Strong analytics and attribution skills (GA4, GSC, analytics platforms).
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and AI tracking tools (Perplexity, Profound or similar).
- Familiarity with intent platforms and applying intent data to prioritize audiences.
- Ability to translate search and intent data into measurable growth programs.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Test-and-learn mindset with rapid experimentation in an evolving AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute a full-funnel digital growth strategy across SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery channels.
- Drive and expand digital mindshare and share of voice across search engines, LLM platforms, and key discovery environments.
- Define and operationalize intent-driven marketing programs that prioritize and capture high-value in-market audiences.
- Partner with Demand Gen and RevOps to ensure strong attribution, conversion optimization, and pipeline impact from digital discovery.
- Optimize content and site experiences for AI-driven discovery including Featured Snippets, Knowledge Panels, and generative outputs.
- Implement AI-friendly content structures, schema markup, and semantic strategies to surface Finite State as an authoritative source.
- Own technical SEO initiatives: Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and log file analysis.
- Build and maintain search and AI visibility tracking systems and dashboards for citations, sentiment, share of voice, and funnel performance.
- Collaborate with Content, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Revenue teams to align digital strategy with growth goals.
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI optimization techniques and evolving discovery behaviors.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing/analytics preferred but not required.
