- Sometimes the workflow management is a little too disorganized. It's fine for fast-moving startups, but sometimes it stops your product from having the highest possible quality. - The company has an approach where every engineer is a full-stack engineer. You basically take ownership of a feature and take responsibility for delivering it. It doesn't suites for all the engineers, who are not interested in learning new things about front-end development or dev-ops strategies.
