Skills
- Deep Kubernetes administration and cloud-native ecosystem knowledge
- Advanced Infrastructure-as-Code expertise with Terraform
- Proven experience designing and operating GitOps workflows (Flux, Argo CD, or similar)
- Strong software engineering ability to read, write, and debug code across stacks
- Experience implementing policy-as-code and platform security controls
- Ability to lead cross-team collaboration and mentor engineers
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Architect and operate GitOps delivery pipelines (e.g., Flux/Argo) to streamline multi-environment deployments
- Build internal tooling and automation to bridge infrastructure and software engineering
- Collaborate with development teams to promote DevOps best practices and improve developer velocity
- Drive platform security and governance initiatives, including policy-as-code implementations (e.g., Kyverno) and compliance automation (SOC 2)
- Mentor and provide technical leadership through pairing, documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Support multi-cluster orchestration, observability, and reliability efforts across the platform
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required)
