We also have seven voluntary, associate-driven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These ERGs support leadership development, host events, influence benefits, raise awareness and develop workplace resources. They are open to all associates and play a key role in driving employee engagement at Gartner.

• Asians and Pacific Islanders (API) at Gartner: Supports growth and advocates for Asians and Pacific Islanders at Gartner and their allies globally. 
• Black Employee Network: Supports Black associates at Gartner with an emphasis on leadership development, networking, recruiting and engagement.
• Collective Abilities Network: Unites those with hidden and apparent disabilities, mental illness, neurodiversity, their caregivers and allies.
• Mosaic at Gartner: Creates community and celebrates our underrepresented racial, ethnic and multicultural identities at Gartner.
• Pride at Gartner: Represents LGBTQ+ associates and allies and increases understanding of gender identity and expression in the workplace.
• Veterans at Gartner: Represents those who served in the military, and their families, and raises awareness of challenges and opportunities for veterans.
• Women at Gartner: Advocates on issues that affect women in the workplace, builds community and fosters opportunity for career advancement.
