●  Help support the your Manager with ongoing projects that help support the overall member, employer and product marketing experience.

●  Help shape the communications experience for a fast growing ICHRA benefit portfolio and ensure members and employers receive clear and helpful messaging.

●  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests, track intake, and deliver against deadlines.

●  Familiarity with or interest in health benefits communications, employer sponsored plans, and member experience. Understanding of ICHRA is a plus.

●  High attention to detail, especially related to content accuracy, operational alignment, and brand consistency.

●  A proactive mindset with a willingness to ask questions, identify opportunities for improvement, and help build scalable processes.

Extra credit:

●  Some experience in or familiarity with health-benefits communications or regulated industries.
