Job Purpose
The Rights & Permissions Specialist supports the research, acquisition, clearance, documentation, and tracking of third-part content used across Great Minds’ digital and print curriculum materials. This role manages day-to-day permissions requests, conducts rights-holder research, secures licenses, and ensures usage terms, restrictions, and metadata are accurately captured and maintained within a rights, digital asset, and content management systems. Working closely with cross-functional partners, the Rights & Permissions Specialist helps ensure assets are compliant, discoverable, and ready for use, contributing to timely product releases and high-quality, knowledge-right instructional materials.

The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 - $83,000 however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
