Solutions Architect- Post-Sales

HiddenLayer builds AI security solutions to protect models and AI systems from adversarial attacks. They are seeking a Solutions Architect (Post-Sales) to join the customer success team, own technical onboarding and deployments, guide customers on cloud and containerized architectures, troubleshoot issues, deliver enablement, and feed customer insights back to product and engineering.

Skills

  • Hands-on Docker and containerized workload experience; Kubernetes familiarity preferred
  • Practical cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including cloud networking concepts
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Proficient in Python; familiarity with AI/ML workflows and MLOps tools is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and system-integration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills; customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and design secure deployments across cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments
  • Provide technical consultation on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud networking, and infrastructure
  • Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact to ensure customer success and scalable deployments
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues, optimize configurations, and propose improvements
  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and create technical documentation for customer teams
  • Capture and relay customer feedback to product, engineering, and research teams to influence roadmap

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant certifications (cloud, containers, or security) are a plus
