Senior Franchise Business Consultant - job 1 of 2

Honor Technology (including its Home Instead brand) is a leader in aging-care innovation providing technology, tools, and franchise services that enable older adults to live independently. The Senior Franchise Business Consultant will serve as a strategic, data-driven partner to Home Instead franchisees—delivering coaching, structured business reviews, and action plans to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and elevate quality of care across the network.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze franchise performance data and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and care quality
  • Lead structured business reviews and translate insights into measurable goals and accountable action plans
  • Coach franchise leadership to strengthen decision-making, execution discipline, and leadership capability
  • Drive adoption of systems, tools, and operational processes to increase consistency and visibility across the network
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams to align initiatives, pilot strategies, and surface field insights
  • Deliver candid feedback, manage conflict, and protect long-term brand health while supporting owner success
  • Manage a book of franchisees (~65% of time engaged directly), maintain calendar autonomy, and travel occasionally for regional and annual events

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, Business Analytics or similar) preferred
