Honor Technology (and its Home Instead brand) is transforming aging-in-place by combining technology, compassionate care, and operational excellence. The Territory Manager will own growth, day-to-day operations, and P&L performance for an Owned & Operated market, driving revenue and hours growth while developing frontline teams and executing scalable operating playbooks.

Skills

  • 7+ years operational or field leadership experience with P&L exposure
  • Proven track record driving territory or multi-site revenue growth and client retention
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and BI/dashboard tools
  • Hands-on coaching and frontline people leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to influence cross-functional partners
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and lead change in-market
  • Experience with referral-driven sales or community partnership development

Responsibilities

  • Own territory P&L performance and drive year-over-year revenue and hours growth
  • Implement and execute metric-driven operating playbooks across sales, recruiting, and care delivery
  • Coach, hire, and develop frontline and local leadership to sustain performance and culture
  • Manage day-to-day field operations and resource allocation to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Use data and dashboards to diagnose performance issues and translate insights into action plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test initiatives and scale successful market experiments
  • Standardize reporting and ensure data accuracy within the territory
  • Build and maintain local referral and community partnerships to increase lead generation and conversions

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in business, healthcare, operations, or related fields are a plus
