Responsibilities
- Design, operate, and continuously evolve a secure-by-design end-to-end IT infrastructure including identity, device management, and productivity systems.
- Develop and operate an internal tools platform that leverages Inflection’s products and agentic technology to automate workflows and reduce third-party SaaS dependencies.
- Manage full lifecycle of employee equipment and core IT operations (provisioning, imaging, updates, inventory).
- Implement and run an automated helpdesk/IT support function and associated SLAs/runbooks.
- Orchestrate integrations and reliable data flows across HRIS, ATS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Partner with Security and Legal to define and enforce identity-centric access controls, data protection, and compliance requirements.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a lean, high-leverage IT/internal tools team and establish technical standards and runbooks.
- Act as Customer Zero: prototype, iterate, and operationalize internal uses of Inflection AI products.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (required)
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
