About the Role:
Omnichannel strategy drives activation planning for our clients, providing multichannel marketing expertise to the multidisciplinary teams that serve our clients. Along with client work, this team leads the agency's thought leadership activities and is involved in our business development process.
The Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy will collaborate on the creation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans for a specific set of clients and brands. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for your accounts while partnering with other omnichannel strategists, members of the strategy team, and colleagues from various disciplines, including account management, project management, creative, data, technology, and media. You will have client-facing responsibilities, so strong presentation skills are essential.
The position offers flexibility for remote and hybrid work arrangements. You will report to the Director of Omnichannel Strategy.
