As a Supply BI Analyst, you will transform complex supply, demand and financial data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will design, develop and maintain high-impact dashboards and automated reporting solutions that optimize Intel Product's supply and demand alignment. In this cross-functional role, you will bridge the gap between technical data modeling and executive decision-making through supply chain business acumen, data visualization, and storytelling. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will play a vital role in enhancing Intel's understanding of market dynamics, optimizing business practices, and delivering innovative data solutions that make measurable contributions to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
BI Solution Development: Translate data into compelling visual stories using innovative techniques, such as interactive Power BI dashboards, to support decision-making including tracking KPIs like supply-demand alignment and inventory health.
Data Pipeline Automation: Utilize SQL and scripting (Python/R) to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse supply chain databases.
Strategic Insights and Storytelling: Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities; present these findings as clear narratives for leadership and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the BI liaison between Corporate Supply Planning and Operations and IT/Data Architect teams to define data requirements and ensure reporting accuracy.
Process Engineering: Lead the reporting strategy for the next phase of Intel's Sales and Operation Planning (SnOP) process, ensuring data integrity across all reporting cycles.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Supply Chain Operations.
Experience in the following:
SQL (querying, cleaning, and joining complex datasets).
Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Statistics and data analytics methodologies.
Reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience working in supply chain and/or with supply and demand data
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems through analytics and provide actionable recommendations.
Experience advising leadership and influencing decision-making through storytelling and data narratives.
Experience with Snowflake and/or Blue Yonder.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,010.00-228,070.00 USD
