As a GPU Power Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of graphics and computing technology. Role and Responsibilities:
Design and develop energy-efficient hardware architectures for AI/ML workloads.
Build and validate GPU power models across representative use cases and workloads.
Architect hardware mechanisms to control ICCmax and mitigate di/dt transients.
Conduct detailed workload power analysis and drive optimizations to achieve performance-per-watt (perf/W) targets.
Develop scalable flows and methodologies for accurate and efficient power analysis.
Required Qualifications:
M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent degree in a relevant STEM field.
2+ years of experience with a Master’s degree, or 1+ year of experience with a Ph.D., gained through a combination of industry roles, internships, and/or academic coursework or research, demonstrated across the following areas:
Computer architecture
Digital logic design using SystemVerilog
Development and validation of GPU power models
Electrical and thermal constraints in datacenter‑class GPUs
Python proficiency
Ph.D. degree
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive strategic advancements in GPU architecture.
Experience collaborating across diverse engineering teams to achieve complex design goals.
Analytical mindset with a proven track record of evaluating tradeoffs between performance, power, and area constraints.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present technical concepts and proposals.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $122,440.00-232,190.00 USD
