Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor and operational lead to the SVP, Federal and Chief Corporate Affairs & Government Relations Officer
- Design and institutionalize playbooks, protocols and engagement frameworks for Federal, Corporate Affairs, and Government Relations
- Lead strategic planning cadence including quarterly business reviews, annual planning and board engagements
- Create customer mapping, operational systems, performance tracking and governance to ensure accountability
- Prepare executive briefings, external engagement materials and high-impact communications for senior leaders and stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Government Relations, Corporate Affairs, GTM, Business Development, Legal, HR and executive teams
- Support enterprise issues management, crisis response and M&A communications governance
- Drive talent development, onboarding and culture within the Federal & Corporate Affairs organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree in political science, business, journalism, economics or related field (required)
- MBA (preferred)
