Definition of a toxic workplace. No one has accountability, everyone points fingers because the consequences of making mistakes are unbearable. The company operates illegally and anyone who speaks up about it is belittled and fired. The owner doesn't care about employees unless they have been with the company for several years then they can get away with anything. Disrespect from managers is very common creating a hostile work environment that includes yelling, cursing, discrimination, and sharing personal information. If that works for you....
