This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, campus engagement, and creator community activation, supporting campaigns that connect leading consumer brands with Gen Z audiences. You will help manage end-to-end influencer and student ambassador programs, ensuring smooth execution from recruitment and onboarding through content delivery and reporting. Working closely with creators across college campuses and social platforms, you will play a key role in shaping campaign performance and brand storytelling. The position blends hands-on campaign coordination with creative input, requiring both operational precision and cultural awareness of Gen Z trends. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run efficiently, meet brand standards, and deliver measurable impact. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-visibility marketing initiatives in a fast-moving, creator-driven environment.


Accountabilities

In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of influencer, gifting, and campus ambassador campaigns from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for creators and brand partners. You will act as a key point of coordination between influencers, internal teams, and clients while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for influencers and student ambassadors throughout campaign lifecycles
  • Creating, promoting, and reviewing influencer applications and identifying suitable creators for campaigns
  • Developing campaign briefs, guidelines, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client objectives
  • Reviewing and approving influencer content to ensure compliance with FTC regulations and brand requirements
  • Tracking campaign deliverables, monitoring published content, and managing revision requests when needed
  • Coordinating influencer agreements, contracts, and payments in partnership with legal and finance teams
  • Collaborating with internal activation and business development teams to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Supporting the development of campaign insights, case studies, and performance documentation
  • Staying informed on Gen Z, influencer, and campus marketing trends to improve campaign strategies and processes

Requirements

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for influencer marketing and Gen Z culture. You should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while communicating effectively with creators and internal stakeholders. Key qualifications include:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or client-facing marketing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, campus culture, and community-building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Canva, Mailchimp, or Google Workspace is a plus
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of digital content trends and creator culture
