Lead React Native Developer

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable mobile applications using React Native
- Define and maintain mobile architecture, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to development standards
- Mentor and support developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across platforms
- Drive adoption of modern development tools, frameworks, and workflows
- Contribute to product strategy by providing technical insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including strong expertise in React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end development practices
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable mobile architectures
- Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and debugging techniques
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud-based services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
