• 8+ years of experience in business transformation or product strategy, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects that innovate business systems or workflows.
• Strong technical skills with familiarity in AI tools and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience in building or deploying workflow automations and custom skills.
• Excellent communication skills for building trust across diverse teams.
• Systems thinker with a strong focus on execution and impact delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience with data architecture and AI-driven upskilling initiatives is preferred.
