• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with 3+ years in direct people management.
• Experience managing managers and leading organizations of 20+ engineers.
• Strong executive presence with a track record of influencing cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated ownership of highly reliable systems.
• Experience in pricing, fintech, or real-time decisioning systems.
• Strong system design and architectural capabilities.
• Deep background in leading backend systems in production environments.
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
