In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our product development process, working alongside product management and engineering teams to craft exceptional product experiences. Your contributions will directly support key growth initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. This is a six-month contract position that demands a mixture of strategic thinking and creativity, allowing you to influence product design at multiple levels. • Design and deliver high-quality product experiences that support key growth initiatives, from concept through production.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Own scoped initiatives with a degree of autonomy, incorporating feedback from design leadership.
• Create design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
• Design and iterate on consumer-facing email campaigns to drive user engagement.
• Ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across product UI and email work.
• Advocate for users by leveraging the full journey from entry points to ongoing engagement.
• Contribute to design critiques and maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance your design workflow and efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing product thinking and strong visual execution.
• Ability to design user-centered solutions balancing user needs with business goals.
• Experience in creating growth-oriented initiatives for acquisition and engagement.
• Strong visual design skills with a focus on both marketing-level creative and scalable product UI.
• Experience designing responsive layouts and working across various platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and handoff.
• Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools within the design process.

• Contract position with a duration of six months.
• Hourly rate for this role is $75-$100.
