- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex frontend initiatives, collaborating across multiple teams to build scalable and impactful user experiences.
- Provide technical leadership by defining architecture, guiding implementation strategies, and establishing best practices across the frontend ecosystem.
- Contribute actively to the codebase, setting high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner with product managers and designers to create intuitive, polished, and user-focused interfaces.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability across the web platform.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
- Drive alignment on technical decisions and help solve the most critical engineering challenges.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in frontend engineering, with a strong foundation in rendering, state management, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence engineering practices across teams.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript; familiarity with tools like GraphQL or cloud platforms is a plus.
- Experience building and scaling high-traffic consumer-facing platforms with millions of users.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make pragmatic technical decisions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated mentorship skills and a track record of elevating team performance and code quality.
- Strong product mindset with attention to detail, user experience, and interface polish.
