Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths is expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build real-world sales skills and grow into higher-earning opportunities.

You’ll work in neighborhoods where we are actively completing home improvement projects, having face-to-face conversations with homeowners who are already seeing our work.

Earning Potential

  • $17/hour base pay
  • Performance Bonuses
  • Average earnings: $50,000–$60,000
  • Top performers earn $80,000+

This is a performance-driven role where consistency leads to higher income.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Connect with homeowners in neighborhoods where Joyce has active projects
  • Introduce our products and services in a natural, conversational way
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Represent the brand professionally in the community
  • Work toward and exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals
