Vice President, Clinical Operations & Compliance - Medical Technology #0405MM

Our client, a global medical technology organization, is looking for a Vice President, Clinical Operations & Compliance to lead the operational backbone of its clinical function. This executive will oversee clinical execution excellence, partner performance, inspection readiness, and scalable systems and processes that enable high-quality delivery across a growing global portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines operational discipline with executive leadership, and brings deep experience building compliant, efficient clinical operating models in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global clinical operations strategy, execution governance, and compliance readiness.
  • Oversee study execution frameworks, documentation standards, TMF quality expectations, and inspection preparedness.
  • Drive operational excellence across clinical systems, SOPs, templates, reporting, and vendor oversight.
  • Partner with Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance on resourcing and delivery planning.
  • Manage CRO and third-party partner selection, performance, and accountability.
  • Build metrics and dashboards to improve predictability, quality, and transparency across clinical programs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations and compliance organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant leadership experience in clinical operations, compliance, or trial execution within medical devices, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare segment.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, inspection readiness, audit support, and quality systems interfaces.
  • Proven success improving process maturity and scaling operations in growth-oriented companies.
  • Strong financial, vendor, and organizational leadership skills.

$245,000 - $315,000 base salary, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunity.
