Entry Level Technician (30 Hours Per Week)- Tech Experience Not Needed
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and curious Entry Level Technician who has a strong interest in technology and is eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on work, and developing technical skills. The Entry Level Technician will support day-to-day technical operations, assist with troubleshooting and simple device installations and gain experience across a variety of technology systems.
This position is one a week onsite with the rest being travel around MD (primarily Baltimore and Howard County)
Hours: Monday-Friday Daytime hours (30 hours per week)
- Assist with setup, installation, and basic maintenance of technology equipment (computers, networks, devices, or machinery depending on department needs).
- Support troubleshooting efforts for hardware, software, or technical issues under supervision.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Document work performed, issues identified, and resolutions for future reference.
- Provide general support to technical teams and follow detailed instructions for tasks.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Stay current with new technologies and demonstrate a willingness to expand technical knowledge.
