Skills
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer in scalable environments
- 1+ year of Lightning development experience
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong Apex and Visualforce development and unit testing skills
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits and designing for scale
- Familiarity or interest in generative AI tools and their potential integrations
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem and related integrations.
- Design, build, and test scalable enhancements (custom objects, page layouts, alerts, Lightning components, etc.).
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, uncover edge cases, and ensure quality delivery.
- Implement solutions following Salesforce platform best practices and participate in peer code reviews.
- Monitor and respond to logged errors (integration disruptions, Apex failures) and drive resolution.
- Produce clear documentation, scoped pull requests, and share knowledge across the team.
- Champion testing and observability to ensure resilient pipelines and production reliability.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of formal degree
