Senior Manager, Brand Media, Influencers and Partnerships

Life360 is a mission-driven consumer technology company focused on keeping families and loved ones connected and safe through its mobile app and companion devices. The Senior Manager, Brand Media, Influencers and Partnerships will lead demand-creation paid media, influencer programs, and brand collaborations—combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to elevate brand awareness and expand the customer acquisition funnel.

Skills

  • Expertise in brand-oriented paid media across digital, paid social, CTV/TV, and OOH
  • Proven experience managing eight-figure media budgets
  • Strong understanding of marketing measurement methodologies (MMM, attribution, lift testing)
  • Experience procuring, negotiating, and managing influencer partnerships and talent deals
  • Track record of identifying and managing strategic brand partnerships and licensing deals
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and execute tactically

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize paid media programs across digital, paid social, CTV/TV, OOH, and emerging channels to build awareness and consideration.
  • Partner closely with Creative to ensure strong channel/message fit and translate brand ideas into effective media executions.
  • Lead and steward the media agency relationship as an integrated partner, balancing inspiration with accountability.
  • Identify, source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships with agency/platform support and track performance.
  • Identify and manage brand partnership opportunities, working with Biz Dev to structure mutually beneficial deals and licensing collaborations.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Performance Media to measure impact across the funnel using MMM, attribution, matched market tests, and lift studies.
  • Manage large-scale media budgets and ensure efficient allocation across demand-creation channels.
  • Operate as a strategic and tactical leader, willing to roll up sleeves to execute campaigns and troubleshoot performance.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
