General: - Small team with passion for what the company is building. - Remote first culture. - Amazing people (both personally and professionally) - Bitcoin/LN products, you feel like a pioneer Tech: - Good engineering culture. - Challenging products from the technical point of view WITH high impact. - If you are into Bitcoin/LN you will work with some of your heroes (everyone is super approachable)Cons
General: - It’s a fast paced growth environment => Objectives, priorities and solutions evolve constantly and you need to adapt to it (for many, it is part of the fun) Tech: - Because everyone is doing multiple things PR may take a while to have yours reviewed. - Because many projects/tools are open sourced you need to be nit picking pretty often.
