THE ROLE
The Acquisition Onboarding Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth strategy by leading the financial integration of newly acquired entities into the Group’s operating and reporting framework. This role bridges the gap between transaction close and operational stabilization, ensuring a seamless transition to business-as-usual accounting, reporting, controls, and systems.
The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Internal Audit, HR, IT, and local business teams to deliver structured onboarding plans, strengthen financial controls, and enable timely and accurate financial reporting.
