Sometimes you will have to stand in the same spot alone for 6-8 hours. It can be a big waste of time. The audience would often treat security guards in a mean, and rude way and dislike security guards because of their position. Low pay This was over 8 years ago management may have changed. In general, I was treated decently by management except for one supervisor who gave me directions which I followed to guard the artist’s area so fans wouldn’t try to sneak in, but I accidentally followed their directions into the wrong area and was guarding in the hallway the artists would walk through.
