Following a senior pastor transition in 2018 and COVID, we have experienced tremendous growth. It was a challenging time for many of our team members, but has led to multiple new congregations being planted. This has really expedited the need for development and created the most opportunities for internal promotion and improved training to support our personal growth and leadership of others.
