Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include developing opportunity-sourcing systems, engaging with market ecosystems, launching prototypes, and managing a ranked venture backlog to ensure successful business potential.
Skills: Candidates should have strategic thinking abilities, agility in execution, strong commercial instincts, and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred, along with proven success in venture creation and product development.
Location: This position is remote and allows candidates to work from Nebraska, USA.
Compensation: $225000 - $225000 / Annually

The Director, Venture Factory leads the design, operation, and continuous improvement of a venture creation engine that systematically identifies, assesses, prototypes, and pilots new business opportunities. This role is pivotal in delivering validated business potential annually, driving a start-up, fail fast, learn quickly approach to reduce spend and accelerate go-to-market timelines. The Director is hands-on, owning the full upstream venture lifecycle and ensuring only the strongest ideas are promoted for scale, supporting the organization’s commitment to sustainable new market growth.
