Skills
- Experience integrating systems and automating processes via APIs, scripts, or no/low-code platforms.
- SaaS administration and automation for Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, O365, GitHub, Atlassian, Zoom, CrowdStrike.
- MDM policy/configuration and scripting experience with JAMF and Intune.
- Cloud management skills: tagging, IAM, multi-account/subscription governance (AWS or equivalent).
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident/change/service management and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Scale and manage endpoint, identity, and cloud infrastructure tools and processes.
- Design and implement integrations and automations between SaaS platforms and internal systems.
- Extend identity and access management practices, including governance and access controls.
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripts, low/no-code tools, and serverless functions.
- Manage projects with business stakeholders including documentation, change management, and requirements translation.
- Collaborate with Security and global IT teams to manage incidents, outages, and operational runbooks.
- Act as SME for platform stack and produce/share documentation to enable team supportability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications desirable (e.g., AWS, Okta, JAMF, ITIL).
