Netflix is looking for a Manager to lead and support publicity campaigns for our Animation + Kids & Family team, with a focus on preschool, kids and family slates. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about storytelling, understands today’s genAlpha and family audiences, and brings a proven track record of developing and executing film and series publicity campaigns. They are passionate about this content and understand how the audience consumes entertainment news across traditional and emerging social platforms. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of the entertainment landscape and a strong passion and interest in entertainment publicity. This is a demanding, high-volume role that requires someone who is strategic, proactive, curious, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This person is innovative, an excellent communicator, and knows how to drive cultural conversation.
You will play a central role in shaping and executing publicity campaigns for a broad Animation + Kids & Family slate, including preschool, kids scripted and unscripted titles, and other kids & family content.
The job reports to the Senior Manager, Animation + Kids & Family Publicity based in our Los Angeles office.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $171,000.00 - $293,000.00.
