Strategy Manager

Oklo is a clean-energy startup developing advanced fission power plants and related technologies. The company is seeking a Strategy Manager to partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive commercialization, market prioritization, operating cadence, and high-impact strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority strategic projects tied to commercialization, growth, and operational scaling
  • Frame ambiguous problems into structured analyses, strategic options, and executive recommendations
  • Develop decision frameworks, scenario analyses, and executive-ready materials
  • Design and maintain operating rhythms, business reviews, and management dashboards for KPIs
  • Track milestones, surface risks, and drive follow-through on strategic initiatives
  • Perform market, customer, policy, and competitive analyses to inform go-to-market and business model choices
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into concise briefs and board/executive presentations
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product, policy, and finance to enable execution

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, engineering, economics, or related)
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
