- Proficiency in Revit for mechanical design
- Strong mechanical/HVAC and MEP design knowledge for data center applications
- Experience performing mechanical design calculations and equipment sizing
- Excellent written and verbal communication and team collaboration skills
- Project management experience for engineering deliverables and client coordination
Responsibilities
- Prepare planning and mechanical design documents for data center MEP systems
- Perform and document mechanical design calculations and equipment selections
- Serve as project manager on select projects and lead design engineer on others
- Lead QA/QC reviews and ensure adherence to team and client standards
- Coordinate mechanical design with internal teams, clients, and external consultants
- Develop and maintain project standards, schedules, and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff; potentially manage employees
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration (required)
