Staff Business Systems Analyst, Finance
Skills
- Deep NetSuite ERP product and module expertise (OM, ARM, Billing, GL, AR, AP, Intercompany)
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and multi-book/multi-entity finance processes
- Experience with integrations/APIs, ETL/data governance, and maintaining data integrity across systems
- Proven ability to author Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, reports, and PDF forms
- Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, SIT/UAT, and release coordination
- SOX and audit controls experience for finance systems
Responsibilities
- Define and execute finance technology roadmap across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payments, and T&E.
- Serve as NetSuite subject matter expert: configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting across OM, Billing, Revenue, GL, AR, AP, Inventory, and COGS.
- Elicit, document, and translate business and functional requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
- Optimize and automate financial workflows (QTC, P2P, R2R) including billing, invoicing, collections, vendor management, and month-end close.
- Manage backlog, support SIT/UAT testing, and coordinate deployments with analysts, engineers, and delivery leads.
- Ensure SOX controls, access management, audit evidence, and change management compliance.
- Oversee integrations and data integrity between NetSuite and ancillary systems (CPQ, Zip, Zuora, Pigment, Data Lake).
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts and manage vendor/implementation partner relationships.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant professional certifications or NetSuite training a plus
