Skills
- Training in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related technical field
- Experience supporting a Macro trading business and post-trade workflows
- Experience with Orchestrade, Murex, or similar front-to-back systems
- Proficient SQL query skills and scripting or coding ability (C#, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Batch)
- Familiarity with Windows, .NET, and SQL Server environments
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented data analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows to ensure system stability and performance
- Troubleshoot system and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate production incident responses
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and system configuration changes
- Configure account rollups and instrument setups to produce accurate analytics for Macro workflows
- Automate repetitive processes and innovate tools to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with technology and business teams on high-impact changes and deployments
- Develop quantitative understanding of reference, market, and model data, P&L, risk, and portfolio analytics
Education
- Degree or training in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related technical discipline
