Treatment Coordinator
Preferred Search Group is partnering with a well-established, team-oriented general dental practice in Bow, NH to find an experienced and upbeat Treatment Coordinator. ✨ Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review insurance benefits and coordinate with insurance companies
- Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements
- Answer phones and provide excellent patient service
- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
- Support team operations and assist where needed
💲 Compensation:
- $25–$35/hour depending on experience
- Top of range available for highly experienced candidates
🗓 Schedule:
- Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Occasional Fridays (not required)
- Minimum 3 years of general dentistry experience (flexible for the right candidate)
- Treatment coordinating experience required
- Clinical experience is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Able to stay on track in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy environment
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
- Must love dogs 🐾 (office has a friendly yellow lab!)
